穴位注射配合药物治疗冠心病室性早搏临床观察 被引量:13

摘要 目的观察红花穴位注射配合药物治疗冠心病室性早搏心血瘀阻证的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照的方法,将110例患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用红花穴位注射疗法和口服盐酸美西律,对照组采用口服盐酸美西律治疗。疗程结束后通过症状评分进行疗效评定。结果两组患者治疗后症状均有改善。治疗组总有效率91.2%,治疗组患者的生活质量明显改善(P<0.05)。结论红花穴位注射配合口服盐酸美西律治疗冠心病室性早搏心血瘀阻证总有效率优于单纯口服盐酸美西律治疗,同时可以改善患者生活质量。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture point injection of safflower plus medication in treating coronary heart disease-caused ventricular premature beats.Method One hundred and ten patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups.The treatment group received acupuncture point injection of safflower and oral administration of mexiletine hydrochloride and the control group,oral administration of mexiletine hydrochloride alone.The therapeutic effect was evaluated by scoring the symptoms after treatment.Result The symptoms improved in both groups after treatment.The total efficacy rate was 91.2% in the treatment group.The quality of life improved significantly in the treatment group of patients(P0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture point injection of safflower plus oral administration of mexiletine hydrochloride is superior to oral administration of mexiletine hydrochloride alone in treating coronary heart disease-caused ventricular premature beats of heart blood stasis type.Meanwhile,it can improve the patient's quality of life.
