针灸治疗功能性子宫出血随机对照观察

Randomized Controlled Study on Acupuncture-moxibustion for Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的观察针灸治疗功能性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法 252例患者随机分为针灸组、西药组、中药组,每组84例,三组进行疗效比较。结果针灸组总有效率为95.2%,西药组为83.3%,中药组为85.7%,经统计学处理,针灸组与西药组、中药组对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),而中药组与西药组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针灸组治疗功能性子宫出血总有效率明显优于中药组和西药组。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture-moxibustion in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Method 252 patients were randomized into an acupuncture-moxibustion group,a Western medicine group and a Chinese medicine group,84 in each group,for comparing the clinical effects.Result The total effective rate was 95.2% in the acupuncture-moxibustion group,versus 83.3% in the Western medicine group and 85.7% in the Chinese medicine group,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.01,P0.05）.The difference between the Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group in the total effective rate was insignificant（P0.05）.Conclusion The treatment result of the acupuncture-moxibustion group was markedly superior to that of the Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group.
