中波高能紫外线联合吡美莫司治疗白癜风疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察中波高能紫外线联合吡美莫司治疗白癜风的临床疗效及安全性。方法:118例白癜风患者随机分为3组,治疗组采用中波高能紫外线联合吡美莫司,对照组1采用窄谱中波紫外线联合吡美莫司,对照组2只用吡美莫司治疗。结果:中波高能紫外线治疗组有效率达82.5%,明显高于对照组1(X^2=4.01,P〈0.05)和对照组2(X^2=15.22,P〈0.01),面颈部皮损有效率优于躯干和四肢。结论:中波高能紫外线联合吡美莫司治疗白癜风疗效明显,不良反应小,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
