摘要
目的观察沙枣多糖对小鼠辐射损伤有无辐射保护功能。方法计数小鼠外周血白细胞数、计算脾指数,通过淋巴细胞转化试验测定淋巴细胞转化功能,并测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力。结果 25mg/kg,50mg/kg和125mg/kg沙枣多糖组与辐射损伤对照组比较外周血白细胞数、脾指数、ConA刺激指数和SOD活性有显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);50mg/kg和125mg/kg沙枣多糖组与辐射损伤对照组比较GSH-Px活性显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙枣多糖对辐射危害有保护功能。
Objective To evaluate the effect of anti-radiation of Elaeagnus Angustifolia Polysaccharide(EAP) on mice.Methods We assessed the assisting irradiation hazard protection function of EAP through leucocyte count,the mensuration of spleen index and the transformation function of lymphocytes.We also measured the activity of SOD and GSH-Px.Results The leucocyte count,spleen index and the level of SOD in the EAP groups of 25 mg/kg,50 mg/kg and 125mg/kg were significantly higher than that in the radiation group(P0.05).The levels of GSH-Px in both EAP groups of 50 mg/kg and 125mg/kg were higher than that in the radiation group.Conclusion EAP has anti-radiation functions.
