临床药师参与151例难治性感染性疾病会诊分析

Participation of clinical pharmacists in consultation on 151 cases of intractable infectious diseases

目的了解临床药师参与难治性感染性疾病会诊病例特点及临床思维与技巧,为临床药师深入临床工作提供参考。方法对2010年12月至2011年11月临床药学室参与难治性感染性疾病会诊记录单,按性别、年龄、血常规、肝肾功能、会诊科室、菌群分布、感染部位、会诊意见是否采纳、治疗转归等进行统计分析。结果会诊病例中,60岁以上的老年人98例,占64.9%;肺部感染113例,占74.8%;会诊意见全部被采纳114例(占75.5%),部分采纳27例(占17.9%),未被采纳10例(占6.6%)。会诊意见被采纳的病例中,治疗有效率为90.8%。结论临床药师成为临床医护治疗团队中的一员,在参与难治性感染性疾病治疗中起到了积极作用。

Objective To study the characteristics, clinical thinking, and skills of consultation on intractable infectious diseases that clinical pharmacists participated in. Methods All the intractable infectious disease cases that clinical pharmacists took part in were enrolled from December, 2010 to November, 2011. All the data were analyzed as to gender, age, routine blood test, liver and kidney function, ward, bacterial distribution, infection site, whether consultation views were accepted, and the outcomes. Results In all consultation cases, 98 patients （64. 9%） were older than 60, and 113 （74. 8%） suffered lung infection. A total of 114 cases of consultation comments （75.5%） were adopted completely, 27 （17.9%） were partly adopted, while 10 （6.6%） were refused. In all cases that consultation comments were adopted, the effective rate was 90.8%. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists play an important role in the treatment of intractable infectious disease.
