摘要
本文从建立健全大学生党员发展的基础保障机制、教育培养机制、民主监督机制和检查评价机制等四个方面,论述高校发展学生党员工作质量保障体系的建设。
The paper discuss the construction of the quality guarantee system about the development of college party members work from the following aspects,establishing and perfecting the basic safeguard mechanism of developping party members in college students,education training mechanism,the democratic supervision mechanism,and the mechanism of examination and evaluation.
