摘要
通过力学试验和扫描电镜微观分析,对水镁石纤维的适用性以及水镁石纤维混凝土制备关键参数进行了优化试验,并对水镁石纤维混凝土与普通水泥混凝土的力学性能、疲劳、耐磨性和抗冻性的试验结果进行了对比分析。结果表明:水镁石纤维适用于路面混凝土;水镁石纤维湿法掺加工艺优于干法,外加剂优选为引气作用较强的D型减水剂,水镁石纤维最佳掺量(质量分数)为4%;水镁石纤维混凝土较普通水泥混凝土在抗弯拉强度提高的同时,刚度降低,韧性上升,耐疲劳与抗冲击等动力学性能均有改善,抗冻、抗渗、耐磨、抗腐蚀等性能均有一定幅度的提高;纤维的阻裂机制、增强作用和微集料效应,提高了水镁石纤维混凝土路面的耐久性能。
By the mechanical test and SEM(scanning electron microscope) microanalysis,the applicability,key parameters and road performance of brucite fiber concrete were researched.The results show that the brucite fiber is suitable for the pavement concrete.The wet dispersed method is superior to the dry dispersed method.Because of air entrainment effect,the D type water reducer can be used as admixture.The optimum mass ratio of brucite fiber is about 4% of the cement.Compared with the Portland cement concrete,the flexural tensile strength is increased while the stiffness is reduced.The impact strength,fatigue life,frost resistance,permeability resistance,abrasion resistance,corrosion resistance and other properties are also improved to some extent.The durability of concrete is improved by crack resistance,strength reinforcement and micro-aggregate effect of the brucite fiber.
