摘要
为了提高摊铺机的恒速行驶能力,提出一种将模糊算法和比例积分相结合的模糊-PI双模控制算法,并应用到摊铺机的行驶驱动系统上。为了观察其控制能力,建立了整个行驶驱动系统的数学模型,并且分别采用了模糊-PI双模控制算法和传统的PID算法对系统进行控制,利用Mat-lab/Simulink对整个行驶驱动系统进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明:当采用模糊-PI双模控制对摊铺机行驶系统进行控制时,其控制效果要优于传统的PID控制,系统的反应速度快、超调量小,并且外界的冲击对系统的影响较小,摊铺机能得到很好的加速特性。
The fuzzy-PI dual-mode control algorithm was proposed and applied to traveling system of asphalt-cement paver to improve its constant-speed driving ability.In order to observe its control ability,the mathematical model of traveling system was set up,the fuzzy-PI dual-mode control algorithm and PID control algorithm were adopted respectively.By using Matlab/Simulink,the simulation of the system was finished.The simulation results show that the control performance of fuzzy-PI dual-mode control is better than the performance of traditional PID control.When fuzzy-PI dual-mode controller is adopted,the system will reflect faster and the overshoot will be smaller,the impact of outside world has little effect on the system and the paver will get to the specified speed smoothly.
