统计过程控制技术在饲料总砷检测质量控制中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 采用实验室自制标准物料作为饲料矿物元素预混料中总砷检测的质量控制样品,与样品进行同步分析,经连续测定并收集结果数据,建立了X珔-R质量控制图,并用于日常检测质量控制。与技术规范限进行比较计算出过程能力指数,用于分析过程能力满足技术要求的程度,对检测过程质量进行评价。结果表明,使用X珔-R质量控制图进行质量控制直观有效,能对过程存在的异常因素起到了预警作用,并能节约质量控制成本,为饲料元素检测质量控制提供了方法依据。 Standard reference material was self-made for quality control on determination of total arsenic in premixed mineral elements feeds.It was continuously tested and analyzed with the samples,and the data were collected for establishing X-R quality control chart.It can be used for quality control on daily testing.The PCI(process capability index) was calculated by comparison with the technical specification limits.The PCI can be used for analyzing the stable process capability and evaluating the process quality.The quality control based on the X-R quality control chart,which was audio-visual and effective and can early warn the abnormal factors in the process and cut the cost.And this method can be used in determination of mineral elements in feeds as an accurate one.
