摘要
充分利用仪器闲置通道满足多种实验的需要,不仅可以节约大量维修和购置仪器的费用,也为科研顺利开展赢得宝贵时间。本文通过调换岛津GC-2014的FID检测器电路板到闲置通道上,并设置相应参数,快速排除仪器故障。在山西煤化所研制的催化剂评价装置所配控温仪的闲置通道上,外加一个固态继电器和一台加热炉,创制一套可控温的加热装置,实现该装置的多任务化。
Using varies of idle channels over the apparatus for meet the need of special experiment, much money for maintenance and new instrument were saved, and the scien tific research became easier, either. In this paper, the trouble of FID detector was eliminated rapidly by changing the slot of its circuit board and setting the corresponding parameters over Shimadzu GC-2014. Employing the idle port of the temperature controller on the catalyst testing equipment made by Shanxi Institute of Coal Chemistry, a controllable heat ing system was established with a solid state relay (SSR) and a furnace.
