妊娠合并系统性红斑狼疮 被引量：1

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus，SLE）是一种全身性免疫性疾病，绝大多数在妊娠期出现活动。过去因其导致严重母婴并发症而选择避免怀孕。近年来随着对SLE更深入研究和多学科综合治疗，使本病预后明显改善[1]。严重狼疮活动和皮质醇使用可导致早产、胚胎或胎儿死亡。不良妊娠预后发生率高达76％[2-4]。本文综述妊娠合并SLE对母罂的影响、诊断和处王单。
