摘要
目的:考察注射用头孢唑肟钠与维生素B6注射液的配伍稳定性。方法:模拟临床用药,2种药采用0.9%氯化钠注射液和5%葡萄糖注射液作为溶媒配伍后,考察24h内不同浓度的2种药混合后配伍溶液的外观变化,并通过高效液相色谱法检测主药成分的含量变化。结果:在室温(25℃)下,2种药配伍后产生大量白色沉淀,且主药含量明显降低。结论:二者存在配伍禁忌。与其他文献报道的在5%葡萄糖溶液中稳定的结论不符,《400种中西药注射液临床配伍应用检索表》中注射用头孢唑肟钠与维生素B6注射液无配伍禁忌的论述不确切。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the compatibility stability of Ceftizoxime sodium for injection and Vitamin B6 injection. METHODS: 0.9% Sodium chloride injection and 5% Glucose injection were used as solvent in clinical simulated drug use. The appearance change of mixture was observed within 24 h after the two drugs in different concentrations were mixed, and HPLC was used to determine the content change of main composition. RESULTS: At room temperature (25 ~C ), the two drugs produced a great number of white precipitate after compatibility; the main component was significantly reduced. CONCLUSION: There is incompatibility between the two drugs. The results of study are not in line with the conclusion that the mixture is stable in 5% Glucose solution in other literature reports. The conclusion that there is no drugs incompatibility in compatibility of Ceflizoxime sodium with Vitamin B6 injection hasn' t been described exactly in Retrieval Table for Clinical Application Compatibility of 400 TCM and Western Medicine Injections.
