摘要
我国国资企业在国民经济中占据着战略性地位,国资企业思想政治工作具有悠久的传统。全球化时代企业的竞争力归根到底是人才的竞争,而优秀人才除了具备现代化的知识之外,还应具有良好的道德素养。全球化背景下需要将思想政治工作融入到企业管理工作中,探索传统文化与西方管理经验的融合机制,实现思想政治工作的与时俱进。
China' s state-owned enterprises occupy a strategic position in the national economy and it has a long tradition of ideological and political work. The final competitiveness of enterprises is a talent competition during the age of globalization. The talented person sh ical and political work should be inte ould not only have modern knowledge, but also good moral qualities. Ideolog- grated into enterprise management, which needs to explore the integration mechanism of the traditional culture and the experience of western management in the context of globalization in order to achieve the excellent ideological and political work.
