The rapid development of new media technology brings rare opportunities and challenges for the university party construction, therefore, the universities must deeply analyze various characteristics of new media. According to these characteristics ,the universities should create innovative working mode, expand educational means, play their advantages, strengthen party construction education effects, improve working ability of university party construction under the new media environment and promote a deep-going of the work of university party construction.
