碳金融是金融在低碳经济领域的重要创新,是实现金融创新的有效机制和助推低碳经济发展,促进经济转型的有效手段。本文通过对国内外低碳经济及碳金融领域最新研究进展进行梳理的基础上,探索性地构建了适合我国低碳经济发展的以市场为基础、服务为载体和政策为导向相结合的"三位一体"碳金融支撑体系,为我国学术界开展碳金融理论研究,以及政府实务部门开展碳金融实践具有一定的参考价值。
