论期望落差与新生创业者放弃创业之关系——基于CPSED项目随机抽样调查分析

The Relationship Between Met-expectation and Nascent Entrepreneurs' Disengagement

行为科学理论认为,行为与期望有关,创业者放弃创业的行为与创业初期的期望也应有联系。但已有研究对"新生创业者的创业期望如何影响放弃创业行为"问题存在较大分歧。与已有文献不同,本文强调创业期望分析的动态性而非稳定的重要性,为此考查了期望落差与新生创业者放弃创业的关系,探索了不同维度的创业期望对该作用过程的影响,并利用CPSED项目进行了随机抽样调查。本研究结论对于有关创业行为独特性的研究有着突出的理论启示,同时对创业实践和政策有着重要的实践启示。

The behavioral science theory shows that human behavior has some connections with his expectations,so nascent entrepreneur＇s disengagement may be affected by his initial expectations.But some studies have great differences on how nascent entrepreneur＇s expectations affect his disengage behavior.Different with the existing literatures,this paper emphasizes the dynamic rather than steady characteristics of expectations and checks with the relationship between the entrepreneurs＇ disengagement and Met-expectation and explores the influence of the process in the different dimensions of the entrepreneurs＇ exceptions.The random sampling of empirical study by CPSED project shows that：（1） nascent entrepreneur＇s disengagement has no relations with entrepreneur＇s initial expectations and unrealized expectations（Met-expectation）;disengagement is a rational choice of entrepreneur of the loss of his entrepreneurial activities exceeding his bear ability;（2） different dimensions of entrepreneurial performance have different predictive effect for the nascent entrepreneur＇s disengagement.Compared with the income performance,employee performance has more significant predict effect for the nascent entrepreneur＇s disengagement.The conclusions in the paper have theoretical inspiration to the uniqueness research of entrepreneurial activities and have important inspiration to practice and policy.
