高效复合菌群JHD降解苯酚的特性及途径

摘要 研究了不同初始浓度苯酚对复合菌群生长和降酚性能的影响,结果表明:随着初始苯酚浓度的提高,菌体生长速率逐渐变慢,完全降解苯酚所需的时间也逐渐延长.采用GC-MS对苯酚降解过程的中间产物进行分析,结果表明中间产物有乙醛、乙醇、乙酸乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、1-苯基2-醇、2-异丙基环已醇,中间产物对微生物生长无明显抑制作用. Effect of different initial phenol concentration on the growth and phenol degradation of JHD were systematically studied.The results were as follows: the phenol-degradation rate and cell growth rate decreased with the increasing of concentration,and the intermediate products of phenol degradation with JHD were also identified by GC-MS;the intermediate products in phenol-degradation with JHD were acetaldehyde,ethanol,ethyl acetate,dibutyl phthalate,1-phenyl-2-alcohol,2-isopropyl-cyclohexanol,which had no significant inhibition to the growth of microbial.
