放射性耳损伤 被引量：5

摘要 鼻咽癌是中国南方最常见的头颈肿瘤，在香港每10万人中，有20～30位男性和15～20位女性患病。鼻咽癌95％为低分化癌或未分化癌，对放射线敏感，而且发病部位深匿，因此放疗是治疗鼻咽癌的首选方法。同时，放疗也是其他头颈部恶性肿瘤常用的治疗方式。头颈放疗中，以鼻咽癌放疗时颞骨接受的剂量最多，耳蜗可达96％，咽鼓管为100％，乳突为74％。因此，放疗在杀伤肿瘤细胞的同时，势必损伤正常组织，产生副作用。
