摘要 树突状细胞(dendritic cells,DC)是目前所知的机体内功能最强的抗原提呈细胞,是机体免疫应答的始动者。其成熟和向心迁移与角膜移植免疫及各种类型角膜炎关系密切。我们就DC在眼部各组织的分布及其在相关疾病中作用的研究进展进行综述。 Dendritic cells (DC)are the most efficient antigenpresenting cells which initiate immune responses. The corneal DC play a critical role in corneal transplantation rejection.Its maturation and centripetal migration strongly associated with the cornea transplantation and all types of keratitis. This article reviews the research on corneal DC and its role in corneal diseases.
