复方血栓通胶囊治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的效果观察

Effect observation of treatment of retinal vein occlusion with compound xueshuantong capsule

目的:观察复方血栓通胶囊治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床疗效。方法:对39例已确诊为视网膜静脉阻塞的患者给予口服复方血栓通胶囊3粒/次,3次/d,服用30～90d。根据视力恢复情况、视网膜出血吸收、黄斑水肿吸收情况等眼底变化以及自觉症状有无改善进行观察。结果:患者39例中:显效12例(31%)、有效21例(54%)、无效6例(15%),总有效33例(85%)。治疗中未发现毒副作用。结论:复方血栓通胶囊是治疗视网膜静脉阻塞安全有效的药物。

AIM：To observe the clinical efficacy of treatment of retinal vein occlusion with compound xueshuantong capsule. METHODS：Thirty-nine patients diagnosed with retinal vein occlusion were treated with compound xueshuantong capsule.Patients were given 3 capsules each time,three times a day orally,taking 30~90 days.Observation was conducted according to the recovery of visual acuity, absorption of retinal bleeding and macular edema and whether the symptoms improved or not. RESULTS：Treatment was markedly effective in 12 cases（31%）,effective in 21 cases（54%）,invalid in 6 cases（15%） and total effective in 33 cases （85%）. The treatment was found no toxic and side effects. CONCLUSION：Compound xueshuantong capsule is a safe and effective drug for treatment of retinal vein occlusion.
