摘要
针对DVP-04AD模块,介绍了基于触摸屏与可编程控制器的测试方案,经过实际测量,发现模式0、模式1与理论十分接近,在理论值附近小范围内上下波动,误差很小,拟合度较好,电流模式2和模式3通过分段误差补偿,也可使误差减小,从而增强实际可控性,作为例子给出了DVP-04AD模块在家居温湿度与煤气浓度监控系统中的应用。
According to the DVP-04AD module,a test proposal based on touching screen and PLC is introduced.By actual measurement,we find that Mode 0 and Mode 1 quite conforms to the theory.The numerical values fluctuate in the vicinity of theoretical value in small scale.Its error is very small and it also has a good fitting.In addition,current mode 2 and mode 3 also can reduce errors by means of sectional error compensation to enhance its practical controllability.As an example,DVP-04AD Module is used in the monitoring system of household temperature and humidity and gas density.
