摘要
目的探讨医院临床科室综合效益评价方法。方法采用TOPSIS法对某院临床科室2001-2005年的指标进行综合评价。结果该院几年来一直处于不断向前发展的态势,综合实力逐渐增强,脑外、神内、肛肠3大科室综合效益始终位于前列。以妇产科发展最快。结论利用TOPSIS法进行综合评价,结果客观、可信,能为管理层决策提供参考依据。
Objective To discuss the methods of comprehensive benefits evaluation of hospital clinical departments.Methods TOPSIS method was used in the comprehensive evaluation of indicators from 2001 to 2005 in clinical departments of one hospital.Results Over the past few years,the hospital has been in continious development of the situation and its comprehensive strength has been gradually enhanced.The highest level of performance are departments of cerebral surgery, neurosurgery and anorectal. The department of obstetrics and gynecology developed fastest. Conclusion The results of comprehensive evaluation with TOPSIS method is objective, credible and able to provide reference for decision - making of management.
