摘要
本文检查11种动物的肛拭和粪便标本共638只(份),检出空肠和结肠弯曲菌99株,其中鸡检出率33.83%,鸭25.51%,鸽11.90%,猪12.50%,奶牛4.76%,山羊9.09%,豚鼠66.66%.实验饲养的家兔、大白鼠、小白鼠和广西猕猴为阴性.以Skirrow氏生物分型法将99株菌分型:空肠弯曲菌生物Ⅰ型78株,结肠弯曲菌16株,NARTC 5株.1983年致南宁市许多儿童腹泻的空肠弯曲菌属于Skirrow生物Ⅰ型,说明家禽家畜携带空肠弯曲菌、结肠弯曲菌在流行病学上具有重要意义.
From 638 fresh rectal swabs or fecal specimens collected from 11 kinds of animals, 99 strains of Campylobacter jejuni and coli were isolated.The isolation rate for chickens was 33.83%, ducks 25.51%, pigeons 11.90,%pigs 12.50%, cows 4.76%, goats 9.09%, and guinea pigs 66.66%.It was negative in experimental animals such as rabbits, rats, mice, and rhesus monkeys.Using the Skirrow biotyping method, 78 strains of the isolates belonged to biotype I; 16 strains to Campylobacter coli; and 5 strains to NARTC (nalidixic acid resistant thermophilic Campylobacter).The Campylobacter jejuni, which caused diarrhea in children in Nanning in 1983,were found to belong to Skirrow biotype I.This indicated that poultrys and domestic animals carrying Campylobacter jejuni are of major epidemiological significance.
