摘要
目的 研究St.Thomas晶体心麻液预处理和缺血预处理对大鼠缺血 /再灌注心肌收缩功能的影响。方法 应用离体Langendorff逆行灌注模型 ,观察晶体心麻液预处理和缺血预处理时心肌缺血及再灌注前后LVEDP、DP、+dp/dt、-dp/dt、CF、冠脉流出液中蛋白含量和LDH活性以及再灌注后心肌SOD活性、MDA和ATP含量的变化。结果 在缺血期间 ,晶体心麻液预处理显著延迟了心肌缺血性挛缩的发生时间。再灌注期间 ,促进了心脏收缩功能、心肌ATP含量和SOD活性的恢复 ,减少了心肌细胞蛋白和LDH的漏出以及MDA的生成。结论 心麻液预处理对心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用 ;
Objective To study the protective effect of ischemic preconditioning on myocardial contractile function in isolated ischemia/reperfusion rat. Method The model of Langendorff perfused isolated rat heart was used to study the effects of ischemic preconditioning on LVEDP, DP, +dp/dt, -dp/dt, CF, protein contents, activities of LDH and SOD, concentration of MDA and ATP level pre- and post-ischemia/reperfusion. Result Compared with the ischemia/reperfusion group, ischemic preconditioning enhanced the recovery of cardiac hemodynamics. During ischemia period, ischemic preconditioning significantly delayed the onset time of ischemic contraction. And it promoted the recovery of contractile function, ATP level and SOD activity, and alleviated leakage of intracellular lactee dehydrogenase and MDA product in myocardium during reperfusion period. Conclusion The ischemic preconditioning has protective effects on ischemia and reperfusion injury, and may play and important role in future clinic practice.
