不同温度下含血停搏液对未成熟心肌保护作用的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的 研究在不同温度下含血停搏液对未成熟心肌的保护作用 ,试图确定对未成熟心肌保护的最适宜温度范围。方法 选用 14~ 2 1d长耳大白兔 5 0只 ,使用离体心脏灌注模型 ,比较含血停搏液在 14℃、17℃、2 0℃、2 4℃和 2 8℃时对未成熟兔心肌的保护效果。结果 各组温度对左室收缩压恢复率影响不大 ,但冠脉流量恢复率、心肌含水量、心肌ATP与Ca2 + 含量、以 17℃~ 2 0℃范围最优 ,左室舒张末压恢复率以 17℃最佳 ,而心肌内MDA含量以 2 0℃最少。结论 初步提示含血停搏液 (高钾 ,低钙 )对未成熟心肌保护的最适宜温度范围为 17℃~ 2 0℃。 Objective To determine the protective effect of temperature during blood cardioplegia on immatrue myocardium. Methods Isolated 14-21 days old rabbits working heart were used in this study. Blood cardioplegia was used to induce cardiac arrest and repeated every 30 minutes. The medals were divided into 5 groups, the myocardial temperature was maintained at 14℃,17℃,20℃,24℃,and 28℃,respectively. Result There was no significant difference for the recovery rate of LVSP in all groups. The coronary flow rate, content of myocardial water, intracellular ATP and Ca2+ in groups of 17℃ and 20℃ to those in groups of 14℃,24℃ and 28℃. The recovery rate of LVEDP was significantly improved in group of 17℃. Conclusion Blood cardioplegia may offer best myocardial protection for the immature myocardium at temperature between 17℃-20℃. Key word Immature myocardium Blood cardioplegia Temperaturein image quality by these three techniques was determined using a two tailed student t test; Descriptive statistical data, including accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (ppv) and negative predictive value (npv) were determined for each MR imaging technique in detection of the prostatic cancer Results Overall image quality with the combination of the T 2 weighted FSE sequence with pelvic phased array coil was judged superior to that obtained with either T 2 weighted SE sequence with body coil or FSE sequence with body coil MR imaging of the prostate with T 2 weighted FSE sequence and pelvic phased array coil in detection of prostatic cancer with 78.8% accuracy, 84.2% sensitivity, 75.8% specificity, 66.7% ppv, and 89.3% npv was also superior to that obtained with either T 2 weighted SE sequence with body coil or FSE sequence with body coil Conclusion T 2 weighted FSE sequence with a pelvic phased array coil may provide high resolution images of the prostate that improve accuracy in the detection and localization of the prostatic cancer
