中药内外兼用治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床研究

Clinical Study of Internal and External Application of Chinese Medicine for Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察中药内外兼治治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:100例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用中药内服和中药封包治疗,对照组采用TDP照射的方法治疗,15天为1疗程。观察疼痛、肿胀、关节活动度等指标。结果:治疗组治疗后疼痛、肿胀、关节活动度积分均有明显改善,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组为94%,对照组为78%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药内外兼治治疗膝关节骨性关节炎有效。

Objective：To observe the effect of internal and external application of Chinese medicine in treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods. One hundred knee osteoarthritis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, fifty cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with internal application of Chinese medicine and external packel treatment with Chinese medicine, and the control group received TDP irradiation treatment. Fifteen days constituted one treatment course. The changes of pain, swelling, and the range of motion were observed. Results= After treatment, the clinical symptoms and joint function were improved obviously （P 〈 0.05 compared with those before treatment）. The tota effective rate was 94% in the treatment group and was 78% in the control group, the difference being significant （P 〈 0.05） Conclusion. Internal and external application of Chinese medicine has certain effect for knee osteoarthritis.
