综合护理干预社区中风后遗症患者临床研究

Clinical Study of Synthetical Nursing Intervention for Community Apoplexy Sequela

目的:观察综合护理干预对社区中风后遗症患者生活质量的影响。方法:将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。2组患者均接受常规西医治疗和功能训练,观察组于卒中后第3周进行综合护理干预,包括中药外洗及穴位按摩、健康教育、心理护理、饮食护理、用药护理等。分别于治疗前后、治疗结束后6月随访时评估简式Fugl-Meyer运动量表评分。结果:观察组治疗后、疗程结束后6月随访时的运动、平衡、感觉、被动关节活动度各评分与本组治疗前比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),与对照组同期比较,各评分差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。对照组疗程结束后6月随访时的运动、平衡、感觉、被动关节活动度各评分与治疗前比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:综合护理干预能够明显改善中风后遗症患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective： TO explore the ettect of synthetical nursing intervention on the quality ot Ilte ot patients Wltl3 community apoplexy sequela. Methods： Eighty cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, forty cases in each group. All patients weregiven the routine treatment of western medicine and functional training. Additionally, the observation group was treated with synthetical nursing intervention including washing with traditional Chinese medicine and acupoint massage, health education, psychological care, dietary nursing and medication nursing from the third week after apoplexy. FugI-Meyer health survey scale was used for the evaluation of movement before and after treatment, and during the follow-up period 6 months after treatment. Results： The scores of movement, balance, sensation and passive joint movement after treatment and during the follow-up period 6 months after treatment differed from those before treatment in the observation group（P 〈 0.01）, and the difference of the synchronizing scores was significant between the observation and the control group（P 〈 0.01）. In the control group, the scores of movement, balance, sensation and passive joint movement during the follow-up period 6 months after treatment differed from those before treatment（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Synthetical nursing intervention can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and the life quality of the apoplexy sequela patients.
