超临界流体CO_2萃取川芎挥发油化学成分的研究

Studies on volatile-oil in Ligusticum chuanxiong by supercritical fluid extraction

目的:选择川芎中挥发油的最佳萃取条件,并与工业上川芎的水蒸汽蒸馏制备方法作比较,以提高川芎中挥发油的提取率。方法:通过五因素———四水平正交试验法,用超临界流体萃取技术对中药川芎的挥发油萃取条件进行了优化选择。结果:摸索出川芎的最佳萃取条件为:压力34.5MPa,温度60℃,改性剂乙醇0.3ml,静态萃取时间10min,动态萃取量10ml,以水作为吸收。结论:与水蒸汽蒸馏法相比较,该法具有耗时少,提取完全等优点。

OBJECTIVE:To optimize the condition of Supercritical fluid extraction(SFE) for the extraction of volatile oil in Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.and to compare it with steam distillation in order to enhance the extraction rate.METHODS:Five factor and four level orthogonal test was used to optimize the SFE conditions.RESULTS:The best extraction conditions were established as following: pressure 34.5 MPa; temperature, 60℃;static extracting time, 10min; CO 2 extraction volume, 10ml;modifier, alcohol( 0.3 ml).CONCLUSION:The SFE method demonstrated many advantages, such as short extraction time and high extraction efficiency,etc.
