摘要 目的:确定何种乙基纤维素适合作直接压片辅料。方法:测定了乙基纤维素(3种卡乐康产品EC10,EC20,EC45及1种国产产品EC84)的粒度分布、松密度、摇实密度、流速及可压性与成形性。结果:卡乐康产品的粒度较国产产品的粒度小得多,而密度约大1倍,流速相差不大。EC10的流动性、可压性较好;EC84,EC10的成形性较好。结论:综合松密度、流动性、充填性、成形性等各项粉体学性质来看,卡乐康产品EC10适合直接压片。 OBJECTIVES: To define which kind of ethylcellulose can be used as direct compression excipients.METHODS:The size distribution, aerated density, tapped density, flow rate, compressibility and compactibility of the ethylcellulose from different sources were evalualed.RESULTS:The particle sizes of Colorcon products were much smaller than EC84. The densities of Colorcon products were the double of EC84. The flow rates of four kinds of ethylcellulose were basically the same. The flowability and compressibility of EC10 and the compactibility of EC10 and EC84 were good. CONCLUSION: The micromeritic characteristics of Colorcon products and domestic product EC84 were different, Colorcon product EC10 may be direct compression excipient.
