摘要
神华国华绥中发电有限责任公司2×1 000 MW机组锅炉轴流式引风机采用可调前导叶调节技术,由于设计和装配原因,引风机在运行过程中,其可调前导叶叶片出现振动、脱落等现象,严重影响风机运行的可靠性,危及机组的安全、稳定运行。根据风机的实际情况,结合相关理论知识,从可调前导叶的结构和安装工艺等方面分析了前导叶叶片振动及脱落的原因,制定可行的改造方案对其叶片结构加以改造,并规范安装工艺,从而有效地控制了叶片振动及脱落现象,极大地提高了风机运行的可靠性,保证了机组的安全、稳定运行。
The technology of variable front guide vane is used in Shenhua Guohua Suizhong Power Co.,Ltd.2×1 000 MW unit boiler induced draft fan,because of designing and fixing,the variable front guide vane vibrates and comes off when the fan is running,which seriously dangers safe and stable operation.So the reason that the variable front guide vane vibrating and coming off is analyzed and improvements for it is provided.The facts improves that analysis is right and the technical improvement of it is effective,thus ensuring a safe and stable operation of the equipment.
