摘要
为了减少交通运输带来的CO2及其它污染物质排放对大气的影响,发展低碳燃料是有效方法。从木质纤维素原料、预处理技术、发酵工艺、酶解和发酵的菌种以及影响发酵的抑制物去除等方面对生产燃料酒精的关键技术进行综合评述,指出通过改良发酵菌种,以使酿酒酵母具有同时发酵葡萄糖和木糖产出酒精的功能是今后研究的方向和重点。
In order to reduce influences of discharge of CO2 and other contaminants produced by traffic transportation on atmosphere,development of low-carbon fuels is an effective method.This paper carries out comprehensive review for key techniques for producing fuel alcohol from aspects of raw materials of lignocellulose,pretreatment techniques,fermentation technology,enzymolysis,strains of fermentation and removal of inhibitors affecting fermentation,etc.,and points out that improvement of strains of fermentation enabling saccharomyces cerevisiae to have ferment alcohol produced by amylaceum and xylose at the same time is direction and emphasis of research in the future.
