摘要
目的:研究脑不对称性对细胞因子和HPA轴的影响。方法:用伸爪取食法将小鼠区分为左利、右利、双利动物,LPS分别刺激2、4h后取血浆用ELISA法检测IL-1β、IL-6、放免法测定血浆皮质酮含量。结果:左利组血浆IL-1β高于右利组,左利、右利组IL-1β均低于双利组。左利、右利组血浆皮质酮水平低于双利组。LPS刺激后左利组IL-1β高于右利组,双利组亦高于右利组;左利、右利组血浆IL-6水平则均低于双利组。结论:脑不对称性对神经免疫内分泌网络有影响,左利者免疫紊乱发生率高可能与此有关。
Objective: To study the relationship between cytokines, HPA eds and lateralization. Methods: By using paw preference test,right-pawed,left-pawed, ambidextrous mice model were established. ELISA kits and radioimmunoassay were used for detection of Plasma levelsof cytokines and cortionterone. Results: In Untreated normal Balb/c mice, left-pawed mice had a higher IL-1 level than right-pawed nice (P< 0. 05), while IL-1 of ambidextrous was the highest among them; There was no difference observed between the the groups in plasma levelsof IL-6; As for Plasma levels of corticosterone in untreated mice, left-pawed and right-pawed mice were both lower than ambidextrous mice. InLPS treated mice, plasma levels of IL-1 were higher in left-pawed mice than in right-pawed and ambidextrous mice, and right-pawed mice waslower than ambidextrous; The plasma levels of IL-6 were lower in left-pawed and right-pawed mice than in ambidextrous(P < 0. 01 ). ThePlasma levels of corticosterone were almost the same among the three groups after the injection of LPS. Conclusion: Lateralization could influence cytokine levels and HPA axis in mice.
