摘要
法兰的密封性能取决于工作状态下垫片上残余预紧力的大小,温度变化时由于热膨胀以及弹性模量变化会导致剩余预紧力发生变化,从而影响法兰的密封性能。通过对温度变化时螺栓及法兰垫片系统的受力变形分析,得到了温度变化时由于热膨胀、弹性模量变化以及二者共同作用时对法兰密封性能的不同影响,对法兰接头的设计具有参考价值。
The seal characteristic of flange connection is determined from residual force on the surface of gasket under working condition.When temperature is changed,this residual force will be changed due to hot expansion and the change of modulus of elasticity,so that the seal characteristic of flange connection is affected.In this article,based on the analysis of stress and deflection of bolt,flange and gasket when temperature is changed,the different influences to the seal characteristic of flange connection due to hot expansion,the change of modulus of elasticity and their existence at same times were obtained.What presented herein can be referenced in the design of flange connection.
