摘要 目的:研究多肽生长因子TGF-α与IGF-Ⅱ在长期血透(HD)患者血清及体液中的表达特征。方法:采用放射免疫分析法,检测45例维持性HD患者血清及12h尿液中TGF-α与IGF-Ⅱ的水平。结果:TGF-α水平明显低于正常组,IGF-Ⅱ则明显高于正常组。HD后血清中两项指标水平均明显高于HD前,测定12h尿液TGF-α和IGF-Ⅱ含量均较正常对照组增高明显(P<0.05;P<0.01)。结论:尿毒症状态或血透过程透析膜等因素可激活单核细胞,导致TGF-α和IGF-Ⅱ的产生增多。 Objective: To study the expression characteristic of TGF-a and IGF-II in maintenance homedialysis patients. Methods:Com-a and IGF-II levels in sera and 12 h urine of 45 maintenance homedialysis patients were detected by radio-immunity analysis. Results: Compared with normal control, serum TGF-a decreased significantly (P < 0.01), and IGF-II increased significantly. Both of TGF-a and IGF-IIlevels in sera and 12 h urine increased significantly after homedialysis (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). Conclusinon: It suggested that the status ofurinaemia and dialyser can stimulate mononuclear cell to synthesis more TGF-a and IGF-II.
