用HPLC法测定环孢素口服液的含量。以NOVAPAK C18为色谱柱,乙腈-水-甲醇-磷酸(550∶400∶50∶0.5)为流动相,柱温为50℃,检测波长225nm,线性关系r=0.9992,平均回收率为99.9%(RSD=0.63%,n=6),精密度RSD=0.64%(n=6)。方法简便、准确,可用于环孢素口服液的质量控制。

Ciclosporin oral solution was determined by a modified HPLC method. The separation was performed on a NOVA PAK C 18 column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile water methanol-phosphoric acid (550∶400∶50∶0.5). They UV detector was set at 225nm. The average recovery was 99.9% (RSD= 0.63% , n =6), with good linear relationship ( r =0.9992) and precision (RSD=0.64%, n =6). The method was simple and accurate and can be used for the quality control of ciclosporin oral solution.
