摘要
从学校和学系两个层面比较了新加坡南洋理工学院和我国高等职业院校的组织结构,并且分析了各自的优缺点。文章认为我国高职院校需要在认真分析其目标使命的基础上,对现有的组织结构进行评价,适时对组织结构进行重新构造。
This paper compares the organizational structures of Nanyang Polytechnic with those of China＇s higher vocational colleges＇ from the school-department two levels,and makes an analysis of the perspective advantages and disadvantages.The author believes that China＇s higher vocational colleges should carefully examine their own missions,and assess the role of organizational structures,thus,to make reforms of them.
