大学生村官培养体系构建研究——以河北省秦皇岛市为例

On the Construction of Student Village Official Training System:A Case Study

近年来,秦皇岛市大学生村官培养工作取得了很大的成绩,但在培养过程中也存在一些突出问题,尤其是培养主体构成单一,严重影响了大学生村官培养的实效,为此,要努力构建以政府、高校、社会、基层、个人为主体的大学生村官培养新格局。

In recent years,Qinhuangdao City has achieved great progress in training student village officials,but there exist some problems.Student village officials are trained by a single subject,the government,so the training effectiveness is not infrequently discounted.Therefore,a training system should be constructed in which the multi-subjects of training are constituted of the government,colleges and universities,the community,grassroot organizations,and the student per se.
