摘要 通过建立部分流泵扬程与其关键参数的表达式,基于泵扬程和效率之间关系的间接优化思想,以筛选出的部分流泵的主要几何参数和动力参数为变量,结合遗传优化算法,建立部分流泵的优化设计模型,借助Matlab软件对部分流泵进行优化.由部分流泵的基本方程,推导出滑移条件下其性能参数和几何参数的函数关系式,并对优化模型进行理论分析及数值验证,从而实现对此优化模型的进一步改善. By means of setting up a relationship expression of pump head with its key parameters and based on the indirect optimization idea for the relationship of pump efficiency to its head,an optimization design model for a partial emission pump was established,where the screened key pump parameters were taken as the design variables and the genetic algorithm was utilized.Then the pump was optimized with the software Matlab.The functional expression of pump performance parameters to its geometric parameters was derived from the governing equations of the partial emission pump for the case of sliding regime.Finally,this optimization model was analyzed theoretically and verified numerically,so as to realize the further improvement of this optimization model.
