摘要
胰腺癌是常见的、预后最差的恶性肿瘤之一,其发生、发展与癌基因密切相关。目的 研究癌基因在胰腺癌发生发展中的作用,为胰腺癌的诊断、评估预后和指导治疗提供依据。方法 对21例胰腺癌手术切除标本和10例非肿瘤性胰腺组织进行免疫组化检测,所有检测均采用Envision二步法。结果 (1)21例胰腺癌中CyclinD1的表达率为76.2%(16/21)。与非肿瘤胰腺组织中的表达率相比,有显著差异(P<0.05)。(2)CyclinD1的表达与胰腺癌的病理分级、分期无关。结论 CyclinD1在胰腺癌发生、发展中发挥着作用。
Purpose Adenocarcinoma of pancreas (ACP) is one of the common malignant tumors with worst prognosis. Its genesis and development are closely relevant with oncogene. Study the effects of oncogene on genesis and development of ACP and try to find out the evidences providing for proof of diagnosis, evaluating prognosis and guiding the treatment of ACP. Methods 21 resected tumor tissue samples and 10 non-tumor pancreatic tissues were examined by immunohistochemical detector with Envision two steps method. Results 1. The positive expression of Cyclin D 1 in samples of ACP was 73.2 % (16/21). In comparing with the expression rate of non-tumor pancreatic tissues (0/10), the difference was obvious ( P < 0.05 ). 2. The expression of Cyclin D 1 had no correlation with the pathologic grading and staging of ACP. Conclusion Cyclin D 1 gene does have effects on genesis and development of ACP, detection of Cyclin D 1 protein products can benefit for diagnosis of ACP.
