幽门螺杆菌蛋白晶体结构的研究与应用
摘要
幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacterpylori,简称H.PY-lori或H声)是微需氧的革兰氏阴性菌,并引起严重的胃十二指肠疾病,例如消化性溃疡、胃炎及胃癌等,WHO将其确定为I类致癌因子^[1],世界人口中约半数处于慢性感染状态。由于其严重的致病性,近来关于机制的研究及药物开发受到更多的关注,
