摘要
目的为了解大肠杆菌引起仔貉腹泻的机理,进行了小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌HPI毒力岛基因的检测,并对其菌株作毒力试验。方法用PCR扩增法检测毒力岛基因irp2和fyua,小鼠腹腔注射检测菌株毒力。结果从3个貉场腹泻病死貉脏器以及粪便中分离出血清型分别为O23和O20的大肠杆菌,对两血清型大肠杆菌进行毒力岛检测,均检出携带小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌HPI毒力岛基因irp2和fyuA。2个血清型O23、O20大肠杆菌均分别使小鼠发病死亡。结论仔貉腹泻是由携带小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌HPI毒力岛基因irp2和fyua的大肠杆菌引起,该菌对仔貉的健康具有潜在的威胁。
To understand the mechanism of E. coli caused diarrhea in young raccoon dogs, HPI pathogenicity islands were detected to carry out Yersinia enterocolitica. Pathogenicity islands gene irp2 and fyuA were detected by PCR amplification, and the virulence of E. coli strains was determined with mice by intraperitoneal injection. E. coli strains were isolatted from organs and feces of diarrhic young raccoon dogs, of which the serotypes were 023 and 020. In pathogenicity islands gene irp2 and fyuA, 2 serotypes of E. coli were detected and resulted in the occurrence of serious illness and the death of experimental mice after intraperitoneal injection in virulence detection. Diarrhea in young raccoon dogs infected with E. coli and carry ing pathogenicity islands gene irp2 and fyuA of Yersinia enterocolitica HPI, will bring potential threats to the health of young raccoon dogs.
