摘要 CT导航是影像医学、空间定位和计算机技术相结合而形成的医疗技术,它的临床应用使微创介入手术操作可视化、精确化。通过阐述CT导航的技术原理,介绍国内外三种CT导航系统,综述CT导航的临床应用,包括骨科椎弓根螺钉植入、肿瘤的穿刺活检和消融治疗。根据研究经验,提出了目前CT导航中存在的问题,并预测了未来的发展方向。
