摘要
用硝酸低温消化法、火焰原子吸收简便微量进样技术和日立偏振塞曼原子吸收分光光度计(Z-6000型)消化并测实验性大鼠矽肺血清、肺组织中铜、铁和锌含量.结果发现,矽肺组大鼠血清及肺组织的铜和铁平均值明显高于对照组.分别为:血清铜升高107.79%(P<0.001),血清铁升高74.42%(P<0.001);肺铜升高19.49%(P<0.05),肺铁升高55.87%(P<0.01).相反,血清锌和肺锌则低于对照组,血清锌降低19.29%(P<0.05),肺锌降低15.74%(P<0.05).
We utilized a nitric-acid-low-temperature-digesting method and HITACHI Polarized Zeeman Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (Z-6000 matched with a trace-sample-entering technique of the flame atomic absorpti-on respectively to digest the serum and lung tissues of experimental silicosis rats, and to measure the level of copper, iron and zinc.The results show that both copper and iron levels in the serum and lung tissues of the silicosis group are apprently higher than those of the control group :serum copper increases 107.79% (P<0.001), serum iron increases 74.42% (P<0.001) , lung copper increases 19.49% (P<0.05) and lung iron increases 55.87% (P<0.01).On the contrary, both serum zinc and lung zinc are lower than those of the control group: Serum zinc decreases 19.29% (P<0.05) and lung zinc decreases 15.74%(P<0.05).
