摘要
海外医疗服务任务，作为国家问增进互信的重要方式，医院船以其无可比拟的特征性优势成为执行该任务的首选平台。本文总结归纳了“和谐使命-2011”任务期间的一些工作经验，尝试建立适用于中美洲三国的海外医疗服务的医院船组织和展开模式，以对后续任务的组织与管理提供些许借鉴。
The mission of oversea medical service can enhance mutual trust between countries and the hospital ship has become the preferred platform to perform the task with unparalleled advantage. This paper summarized some work experience during the ＂Harmony Mission -2011 ＂ task, trying to establish the organization and deployment in hospital ship medical service model suit for three countries in Central America and applying some guidance for the organization and management in follow-un tasks.
