有机硅助剂用于提高水性涂料生产效率和改善涂料性能。根据使用性能的不同,可分为有机硅润湿剂、分散剂、流平剂、消泡剂、附着力促进剂和外交联剂等。通过调节分子结构中的亲水亲油段比例值和硅氧烷链段的含量,可以有效控制有机硅助剂的相对相容性以及附属的手感、滑度等性能。从结构和性能的对应关系上阐述了各类助剂的结构特征和效果控制因素。
Silicone additives can help improve the production efficiency and modify the performance of water-borne coatings. Silicone additives include wetting agent, dispersant, leveling agent, defoamer, adhesion promoter and outer cross-linking agent. We can effectively control the relative compatibility of silicone additives and the subsidiary properties such as hand feeling and smoothness by changing the ratio of hydrophilic segment and hydrophobic segment in molecular structure and the content of silicone segments. This paper narrates the structure characteristic and effect controlling factors of every additive.
