摘要
我国现阶段的护理本科教育基本上沿用生物医学模式下传统的教育模式 ,缺少对学生独立解决问题能力的培养 ,使护理本科教育社会效果不理想。问题基础学习教学模式重视学生解决问题实际能力的培养。在此教学模式下 ,以问题解决理论为基础 ,设置 72学时的《问题解决的基本技能和策略》课程 ,替代原有的《护理科研》、《护理管理》、《护理教育》 ,使学生掌握解决问题的一般原则、技巧和策略 ,提高学生解决实际问题的能力 。
The undergraduate course education of nursing in our country was affected by the structure of nursing staff. Our society asked that students graduated from the undergraduate course have the abilities to solve problems in aspects of scientific research, management and education. At present, education of nursing undergraduate course continue to use the traditional biological- medical model, which lack of fostering of the ability to solve problems independently in student. It also makes nursing education of undergraduate course have not very good social effects. The education model of problem-based learning pays attention to the fostering of ability to solve practical problems in students. Under this education model, students were given 72 hours course of“Skills and tactics to solve problems'. Which replaced the original courses like“Scientific research in nursing',“Nursing management' and “Nursing education'. It makes students to master some of common principles, skills, and tactics of solving problems. It also can promote the ability to solve practical problems in students and meet the needs of our society.
