健儿粉对抗菌素治疗无效的婴幼儿哮喘 10 5例的治愈率达 92 % ;对豚鼠卵蛋白过敏性哮喘具有保护作用 ;能对抗组织胺、乙酰胆碱所致的豚鼠哮喘 ;延长氢氧化氨引发的小鼠咳嗽潜伏期 ;增加小鼠气管内酚红排出量 ;调节环磷酰胺 (cy)所致小鼠溶血素、白细胞降低的作用。提示健儿粉对喘 ,咳、痰三者均有明显防治作用。

The curative rate of Jian'er Powder's treating baby asthma was 92%,whose treatment with antibiotics couldn't work,the powder had protective function to the allergic asthma of guinea pig's egg albumin,could resist guinea pig asthma caused by histamine and acetylcholine,could prolong the incubationin period of cough induced by ammonium hydroxide,could increase the output of pheonl red in murine trachea and adjust the reduction of murine leukocyte and hemolysin.It's indicated that Jian'er Powder had definite prevention and cure to asyhma,cough and sputum.
