对非法血站血液质量检测结果的分析

目的 整顿血液和血液制品市场,净化血液和血液制品,保障南阳市人民群众身体健康。方法 在公安机构的密切配合下,南阳市卫生防疫站自1995年10月～1998年10月对12个非法血站进行查抄销毁。共没收销毁不合格的私制血浆6280袋。用抗HIV、HCV、HBsAg和梅毒检测法RPR对查获没收的血浆进行随机抽样检测。结果 抗HIV、HCV、HBsAg和RPR的阳性率分别为98％、96％、11.9％和29.7％。结论 南阳市血液及其制品质量低下,对南阳市人民群众身体健康形成巨大威胁,必须持续不断地打击非法血站,加强对南阳市血液及其制品的卫生检查、监测、管理和监督。

Methods From October 1995 to October 1998, 12 illegal lairs of blood and its products run by the private businessmen had being traced, seized and destroyed by Nanyang Sanitation and Anti - epidemic Station assisted by Nanyang Public Security Bureau. 6 280 bags being full of the unqualified blood plasma illegally made by the private had been captured, destroyed and confisated. Also, the blood plasma had been screened by anti - HIV, HCV, HBsAg kids and the RPR kid of conforming Syphilis through random sampling. Results The positive rates of HIV, HCV, HBsAg and RPR were 98 %, 96%, 11.9% and 29.7%, respectively. Conclusion The quality of the blood and its products of Nanyang is so considerably low that it has constituted a great threat to the health of the public in Nanyang. It suggests that the illegally blood liars be struck with continuing relentless blows, and the health inspection, test, surveillance, management and supervision to Nanyang blood and its products be emphasized and strengthened indeed.
