性病患者健康教育需求分析

Analysis on Health Education Requirement of STD patients

目的 通过分析性病患者对预防STD/HIV健康教育的需求,阐明需求分析对有的放失进行健康教育的重要性。方法 采用个人访谈,从1996年1～10月调查不同性病防治所和综合医院皮肤性病科性病患者445人,运用Logistic回归分析探讨影响健教需求的因素。结果 有53％的患者认为需要健康教育提高STD/HIV预防知识,他们最需要了解的内容是传播途径、其次为临床症状、治疗方法、如何使用避孕套;上述内容获取途径以读书为主。多因素分析提示:女性患者及性病预防知识得分低者较男性和知识得分高者乐意接受健康教育。结论 宣传教育应以受众的心理特点、需求和现有知识水平为依据,按他们最欢迎的方式和最需要的内容进行宣传教育会提高教育工作的效果。

To illustrate the importance of targeting health education through the analysis of the health education the STD patients need. Methods 455 STD patients from different specific STD clinics and general hospital were investigated based on the personal interview from January to October 1996. Logistic regression analysis was performed to explore the influencing factors on the health education they demanded. Results 53% of the patients wanted to get further information on HIV/AIDS prevention. What they liked to know first was the routes of STD/AIDS transmission, and second was the knowledge as to clinic symptom, treatment and condom use. The best way that they obtained the knowledge on STD/AIDS was from book. Logistic analysis indicated that female patients and the people with low score of knowledge on HIV/AIDS were more likely to get the health education than male patients and the individuals with high score of knowledge on STD/AIDS. Conclusion The health education should be based on the psychological trait, demand and current situation of knowledge of STD patients and the educational ways and contents they like most.
