针对首钢水钢二轧钢车间高线在巾6．5mm70#硬线系列盘条生产过程中存在的质量问题，采取多项有效的技术改进措施，全面提高硬线钢盘条的综合质量，提高产品市场竞争力。

Aiming at quality problems of Ф 6.5 mm 70# hard wire rod rolled in high speed wire rod production line in No.2 Rolling Workshop in our plant, variety of effective technical measures were adopted to largely improve quality of hard wire rod and enhance market competition ability of the wire rod.
